Das erste der hoffentlich bald zahlreichen "Pazianas Olivenöle". In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Landwirt Kiriakos Kollias in Agios Dimitrios bei Epidauros entsteht dieses sehr feine und sortenreine Olivenöl. Obwohl die Manaki Oliven bis maximal Ende November von Hand geerntet und in einer modernen Mühle mit Dekanter und Zentrifuge verarbeitet werden hat dieses Öl kaum Bitternoten und nur einen hauchzarten Abgang, während das volle Buquet von Gräsern und Kräutern eigentlich etwas anderes erwarten lässt.

Zur Zeit wird das Öl noch ohne Filterung direkt in 5L Kanister gefüllt und auch ausschliesslich so vertrieben. Ungefiltert erhalten unsere Öle eine maximale Haltbarkeit von 11 Monaten.

Agios Dimitrios befindet sich mitten im G.U.B. Anbaugebiet "Lygourio Asklepeion" im Osten des Peloponnes und ist aufgrund seiner kalkhaltigen Sand- und Tonböden eins der besten Anbaugebiete für die Manaki Oliven.

Hervorragend für Desserts geeignet oder als Basis für eine Vanille-Öl.
